1. Consultation Fees

Consultation fees are non-refundable once the appointment has been scheduled and confirmed. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance.

2. Treatment Fees

• Prepaid Treatments: If you have prepaid for a dental treatment and wish to cancel, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled appointment. A refund will be issued minus a cancellation fee of 20%.
• Post-Treatment Refunds: If you experience dissatisfaction with your treatment within 30 days, please contact us to discuss your concerns. We will assess the situation and, if appropriate, offer a solution, which may include a complimentary follow-up visit or adjustment.

3. Products Purchased

• Return Policy: Dental products purchased from our clinic may be returned within 14 days of purchase if they are unopened and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please present your receipt.
• Defective Products: If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product for a replacement or refund.

4. Exclusions

This policy does not apply to:

• Services rendered that have been completed.
• Non-dental products or services purchased from third parties.
